We apply a systems approach to change. It is based on the belief that two fundamental challenges hold back progress. First, many initiatives are characterised by a siloed approach that does not address the complexity of “wicked problems” which will take system-wide responses and multiple actors to solve. Second, there is a tendency for initiatives to be constrained by institutional imperatives which lead to an unsustainably narrow definition of what constitutes success.
With a core team of experienced facilitators and researchers, Meteos brings together skills in research, analysis, facilitation, and networking. Our team combines both specialist knowledge, and strategic skills in systems thinking, theories of change, and managing complexity.
